iPhone Users
Just log on to the app select Account > Account Details > Delete account and follow the prompts.
Android Users
Log on to the app and select Account and scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Close account and follow the prompts.
Web Wallet
Login to the Web Wallet with your email and select the Close Account option on the left panel and follow the prompts.
Please keep in mind that you will not be able to re-register with the same username in future.
Once an account is closed we only keep information that we are legally required to. We’re legally obligated to keep specific records for 7 years to meet Australian financial, privacy, and anti-money-laundering requirements.
